Grant joined Reliance Bank Ltd in June 2024 and joined the bank’s Executive Committee in September 2024 when Grant became IT Director. Grant is responsible for ensuring robust IT operations that drive the bank’s efficiency and performance. Grant’s role encompasses leadership in areas like Transformation & Change, Technical Performance, Innovation, Risk Management and Cyber Security, all integral to the bank’s digital transformation goals.

Experience
Grant has over 26 years of experience in IT, primarily within the financial services sector. Throughout his career, Grant has held roles across prominent financial institutions, including Leumi UK and Crown Agents Bank and Lloyds Bank. Grant has extensive experience in Core Banking, SWIFT, Sanctions, Transaction Management, Process Transformation, MIS reporting, Hardware and Software testing, Network Support, Technical Support, Project Management, System Implementations, Cyber Security and Vendor Management.

His technical and product knowledge within the Financial Services sector, coupled with his commitment to team mentorship and development, supports Reliance Bank as it adapts to the evolving demands of modern banking.
