Chief Financial Officer
Megha started at the Bank in December 2023 and joined the Executive Committee in her role as Chief Financial Officer. Megha is responsible for protecting the financial strength of the Bank and ensuring that the prudential requirements of the regulator are met at all times. She oversees treasury, accounting, financial reporting and financial control functions.
Megha’s financial acumen in financial reporting, planning, risk management, and budgetary control will help Reliance Bank drive commercially viable results and navigate the bank through the next phase of growth and sustainable financial success.
Megha is also keen to make a difference in the world and has an interest in work that relates to poverty alleviation, gender inequality, climate change and sustainability. Passionate about contributing to the social impact sector.

Megha has over 18 years’ experience of Management Accountancy and has held senior leadership roles within Moneybarn, Belmont Green Finance Limited, Wex Europe Limited, TMF Group, Cushman & Wakefield, Publicis Re:Sources and Casterbridge Care and Education Ltd.
Megha is an accomplished finance professional with a proven track record of driving financial excellence. With a keen eye for strategic financial planning, Megha is often a catalyst for financial innovation, she strives to improve core finance processes, streamline working practices, and improve overall business and finance integration through effective communication and stakeholder management. Megha qualified as a Chartered Accountant with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
