Chief Customer Officer
Tim started at the bank in October 2022 and joined the bank’s Executive Committee in October 2023 when Tim became Chief Customer Officer. He is responsible for the Customer Success Division that includes Mortgages, Products, Customer Experience and Marketing. Tim is committed to developing the bank as we grow as a specialist bank with a mission to deliver positive societal outcomes and its unique connection with The Salvation Army permeated throughout its brand and employee propositions.

Tim has held senior leadership roles within financial services over the past 30 years within Santander, Barclays, Barclaycard, The Money Shop, Mastercard and JN Bank. Tim’s experience in market trend analysis, business development, product design, marketing proposition, channel distribution and project management will support the bank as we continue to meet the needs of our customers. Tim has Certificate of Financial Advisers (CeFA) and Certificate of Mortgage Advisers (CeMap). Tim completed a MSc in Project Management and BSc in Quantity Surveying.
