Please follow the instructions below for a quicker response to your queries:
• Use i-bank wherever possible to access your bank account
• Use i–mail rather than phone as we have a dedicated team managing i-mail messages
• Please send payment instructions via i-bank, please avoid sending any value instructions e.g. payments via post
If you have not created an i-bank login, please complete the i-bank application form which is saved within the Support pages for Personal, Business and Charity Current Accounts.
