We are pleased to announce that we have now developed Reliance Bank’s new Digital Banking service to replace the existing i-bank service. We are now in the process of setting our customers up on the new service to ensure that they still have access to your existing payment templates and that for our business and charity customers the correct signing details are mapped across. When everything is ready for you to start using the new service then we will email you with your username to get you started.
If you haven’t received an email from us, please check your junk folder and if you can’t find anything please give us a call on 020 7398 5400 and we can make sure we have all we need to get you set up.

• Ability to reset your own password
• Ability to setup a trusted beneficiary
• Additional payment security – fraud warning screens to ensure that you, as our customer, have carried out the necessary checks before making your payment.
• File upload for bulk payments (business and Charity customers only)
• Email alerts on receipt of a new message received within digital banking or a payment to authorise
• Direct debit (view & cancel)
• Standing order (view, set up, amend & cancel)
• Documents delivered directly to your digital banking, such as your statements, charge advices and annual statements of fees
